Personnel
The Mississippi College Personnel Office conducts pre-employment
interviews, tests, screens and evaluates applicants for administrative
support positions, seeking those who not only qualify in their work-related
skills but also who reflect moral and spiritual qualities and characteristics
which help portray a good, wholesome image for the University and
those who will serve as role models for our students and community.
The Personnel Office provides support for the Office of the Vice-President
for Business Affairs in the area of employee related matters.
Services
The Personnel Office processes Mississippi College employee payrolls,
time and attendance information, provides employees with information
about their benefits such as insurance, administers the Flex Pay Plan,
the Mississippi College Retirement Plan, and assists in the orientation
of new employees.
