Preview Days are your chance to get a broad look at MC and everything we have to offer.  Attend a Preview Day and you can:

• hear from speakers across campus
• sit in on classrooms of your choice
• meet with reps from our various campus organizations and academic departments
• tour our beautiful campus

Prospective Student Receptions

Prospective Student Receptions are for high school or transfer students considering MC as their college choice. At our receptions, you will have the opportunity to hear from and meet administrators, faculty members, admissions counselors, and current students. Mark your calendar and join us for a fun and informative evening.

Orientation

Orientation is the final step of the journey to MC. At orientation you will:

• register for classes
• get to know the campus
• meet the people with whom you will share your college experience

• Freshmen Orientation I: June 14 and June 15 
• Freshmen Orientation II: July 13 and July 14 
• Transfer Orientation: July 12th 
• Mini Orientation: August 6th (Freshmen & Transfer) 
• Regular Registration: August 20th (Freshmen & Transfer)

Presidential Scholarship Interview Weekends

Students with a 29 ACT or higher (or a 1280 SAT) are classified as Presidential Scholars and will receive one of our highest scholarship awards.  Each year, we are honored to have over 100 Presidential Scholars attend our interview weekends, which include a dinner with the President on Friday night (family is invited to attend), followed by panel-style interviews on Saturday.  A select number of Presidential Scholars are chosen to receive additional awards of up to $15,000 per year.
