What is
Orientation 2006? Orientation is a time
for new students to learn more about the university, the campus and
the community. Our staff is trained to answer all of your questions
and to talk to you about many of the exciting experiences that await
you at MC. We strongly encourage all entering students to attend.
You will have the opportunity to:
- meet with your advisor and register for classes;
- spend the night in a residence hall (Freshmen Only);
- get your Mississippi College identification card;
- learn of the wide variety of social, spiritual and academic activities available on campus;
- enjoy the hospitality of Mississippi College.
What
if I cannot come this orientation? We know
that some students have mission trips and other events planned during
this time and will not be able to come to Orientation. We have planned
a special orientation event for you when you arrive in the Fall. More
information will be mailed to you if you decide
to come on this date. You will have plenty of time with your advisor
at that time during which you will be able to go through registration
before returning MC students arrive.
