B.A. or B.S. in Public Relations

The Public Relations concentration offers students an introduction to the practical, working world of professional communicators.  Students develop oral communication skills and specific, marketable, public relations abilities.

Students interested in a career as a company spokesperson, public relations consultant, advertsing specialist and other mass communication-related fields will benefit from the Public Relations concentration.

Activities for students in the Public Relations concentration include membership in the Public Relations Association of Mississippi and Eta Pi Lambda, the communication honor society.
