Work continues to expand and improve.
The Department ranks in
the top 10 percent nationally in the proportion of its graduates completing
doctoral degrees. Alumni currently hold faculty positions at Baylor University, Louisiana

Texas Christian University, the University of Miami,
and Wake Forest University,
among others.
