Three tracks leading to the Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology are offered:

Minors are offered in the following areas:


Physical Education - K-12

The focus of this track is to prepare students for licensure to teach K-12 physical education. Additionally students may select a supplemental endorsement or a minor in a subject matter field.

Sports Management

Sports management is an interdisciplinary track designed to combine liberal arts, kinesiology, and business in a curriculum focused on preparing individuals for careers in the sports industry.

Exercise Science

The exercise science track provides the theoretical, research, and clinical experiences for careers in preventive and rehabilitative health settings that include hospitals, health and fitness centers, industry, education, and government agencies.

MINOR REQUIREMENTS

Four minors, one endorsement, and one educator license add-on endorsement are offered in the Department of Kinesiology:Kinesiology,coaching,Nutrition,and Health.
