Swannanoa

—Social Tribe—

"To serve rather than to be served"

Mission Statement:

Swannanoa exists to create and nurture a sisterhood that seeks to serve Christ, each other, their campus, and their community as well as encourage academic, social, and spiritual growth.

Colors:

The Swannanoa members chose the color green to stand for growth and the color white to represent purity.

Flower:

Our flower stands for purity and was originally the white chrysanthemum, but in 1978 was changed to the white carnation.

Verse:

“Then make my joy complete by being like-minded, having the same love, being one, in spirit, and purpose.” Philippians 2:2
