Dodgeball
- Rosters will be limited to 7 players. Only 6 players will be allowed on the floor during a game. The 6 players that start the game must be the 6 players that finish the game.
- The game may be played indoors. The court will be marked with boundaries and a neutral zone. A player may not throw a ball or be eliminated while inside the neutral zone.
- The object of the game is to eliminate all opposing players by getting them "OUT". This may be done by:
- Hitting an opposing player with a LIVE thrown ball.
- Catching a LIVE ball thrown by your opponent before it touches the ground.
- If a ball hits the floor, another ball, another player, official or any other item before hitting a player, that player is not out. A player must be hit directly to be called out.
- If a player catches a ball before it hits the ground, the player that threw the ball is out and the team that caught the ball gets to bring back a player that has been eliminated. Players will be brought back into the game in the order that they were eliminated.
- During play, all players must remain within the boundary lines. Players may leave the boundaries through their end-line only to retrieve stray balls. They must also return through their end-line. If a player steps outside the boundaries, other than the end-line, the player is called out. If a player is hit while retrieving stray balls the player is still in the game.
- Game begins by placing 5 dodgeballs along the center line. Players then take a position behind their end line. Following a signal by the official, teams may approach the centerline to retrieve the balls. This signal officially starts the contest. Once a ball is retrieved it must be taken behind the neutral zone before it can be legally thrown.
- The first team to legally eliminate all opposing players will be declared the winner.
- In order to reduce stalling, a violation will be called if a team in the lead controls all 5 balls on their side of the court for more than 10 seconds. If a player holds a ball for more than 10 seconds then that player is called out.
