Agency Description: The Jackson Zoological Park is one of Mississippi’s most visited attractions that service over 180,000 vistors a year.  The Zoo has at least five annual events that require the use of volunteer service. The Jackson Zoological Park is committed to preserving the worlds wildlife and introducing them to the local community.  For more than thirty years, the Jackson Zoo has served as Jackson's "Window to the Wild."

 Volunteer Description: Volunteers will participate in education-oriented activities such as greeting, tours, and any special programs such as special animal presentations.  Training will be provided.  Volunteers are also needed for special events planning.
