THE ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE PROGRAM'S


Dr. Harry Porter: the Director of Administration of Justice Program. He is responsible for advising all undergraduate and graduate majors as well as teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Southern Mississippi.

Dr. Ron Howard: teaches Constitutional Development I & II(required by all majors) and received his  Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee.

Dr. Anna C. Puckett: teaches Judicial Process  (required by all majors)  legal research and holds the Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law.

Dr. Gary Mayfield: teaches Crime, Law, and Social Control and received his PH.D. from Emory University.


ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE'S ADJUNCT


Bob Luoys: is a former F.B.I. Special Agent who teaches History of Crime in America and  Organized Crime, Criminal Investigation, and Homicide Investigation and received his Master of Social Science Degree  from Mississippi College.

Randy Ruffin is a former F.B.I. Special Agent who recently retired as a Detective for the Clinton, MS Police Department. Randy  teaches Arrest, Search and Seizure and Interview and Interrogation Techniques, Police Process, Police Problems and Practices.  He received his  Master of Social Science Degree from Mississippi College.

Pamela Spence is a Doctoral Student at the University of Southern Mississippi and an Instructor at Holmes Community College who teaches Juvenile Justice Process, Juvenile Gangs, Victimology, Introduction to Criminal Justice, Community Based Corrections and Introduction to Forensic Science at Mississippi College . Pamela received her MSS in Criminal Justice from Mississippi College

Lynn Murray received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi. Lynn was a practicing attorney with the Brunini Law Firm in Jackson, MS but recently began working as a U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice in their Jackson, Mississippi office. Lynn teaches Judicial Process and Criminal Law at Mississippi College.

Dr. Bobby Moore is a police officer with the Cleveland, MS Police Department and a former adjunct professor at Delta State Univeristy and Troy State University who teaches our on-line class in Cyber Crimes Investigations. Dr. Moore received his Ph.D. in Criminal Justice from the Univeristy of Southern Mississippi.

Curtis Jones is the Special Projects Director for the Mississippi Department of Public Safety who teaches our on-line courses in  Police Personnel Administration, Police Ethics and Crime Control in America. Curtis received his Masters in Criminal Justice from Delta State University.
