Byran Hood graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry from Mississippi College in 1994. He returned to the Chemistry Department to teach for a couple of years.  He is currently employed by WorldCom in Clinton, Mississippi. He and his wife, the former Beth Harrison, have two sons.
