Off-Campus Event Registration Form

Off-campus events sponsored by recognized student organizations must be registered with the Coordinator of Student Activities before a deposit or any contractual agreement is made. The registration form must be submitted to the Student Affairs Office no later than 5 days before the actual event. Large events, such as formals and informals, must be registered 30 days before the date of the event.
