Student Clubs & Organizations
There's never a dull moment at MC -- you'll find everything from academic clubs to social tribes, service organizations and outdoor opportunities, religious groups and more. Go ahead, see what clubs you might be interested in.
Intramural Sports
IM Sports are a great way to stay in shape and meet new friends in the undergraduate, graduate, and faculty communities. MC organizes many IM teams, including basketball, flag football, ping pong, pool, soccer, softball, tennis, and volleyball.
Community Services
Dig in and get your hands dirty in one of our many community service opportunities. MC students are often involved in visiting children's homes and elderly care facilities, building Habitat for Humanity houses, delivering meals, and volunteering at local soup kitchens.
Housing & Residence Life
There's a reason over 60 percent of all undergraduate students live on campus -- it's safe, it's comfortable, it's fun, and it's clean. The six women's halls and four men's halls provide ample opportunity to forge lasting relationships with fellow students and take part in fun activities together.
Health Services
MC has partnered with Mississippi Baptist Health Systems to provide students with exceptional healthcare and a state-of-the-art workout facility. Whether you're trying to stay in shape or need treatment for an illness, MC has you covered.
Food Services
In conjunction with Sodexho Campus Services, MC brings students a fusion of cooking and culture. Students can choose from a variety of meal plans, menu options, and dining locations. There's Hampsteads, Starbucks, Pete's Arena Pizza, and the Student Center Food Court, with a salad bar, deli, grill, pasta bar, potato bar, showtime cooking, hot entrees, vegetables, and desserts. Hungry yet?
Student Publications
Stay up-to-date with MC's award-winning student newspaper, The Collegian. You'll also find useful
information in Mississippi College Student Handbook, and MC's catalog.
Student Activities Calendar
This student calendar is chock-full of activities -- everything from campus-wide events to specific club events, and more.
Campus Safety
Although no community can be totally risk-free in today's society, this office works toward securing partnerships with students, faculty, staff, administration and guests in creating an atmosphere that is safe and conducive to learning.
