Caps & Gowns

All participants in the May 2013 commencement exercises must wear academic regalia.  The rental price of the graduation regalia (cap, gown, and hood) is included in your graduation fee.  The sizes for your regalia will be taken at the Grad Fair, but if you have any questions about your measurements, stop by the Registrar's Office.

Undergraduate and Graduate Students:  You may pick up your cap and gown in Moody Adams Field House on Thursday, May 9, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. or on Friday, May 10, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Law School students will pick up their caps and gowns at the Law School. 

Caps and gowns must be turned in immediately following the exercise.  You will keep your tassel and stole.  Pictures in academic regalia with family, friends, and departmental faculty must be made prior to line-up.   If you have any questions, please contact Missa Turman at 601.925.3341.

You must clear your accounts in the Business Office by Wednesday, May 8, 2013.  You will not be able to pick up your cap and gown unless you have cleared your student accounts in the Business Office and in the Library.
