I have taught in higher education for the past fourteen years at Belhaven University, Alcorn State University and Jackson State University. You may find my research published in the Journal of Academy of Business and Economics, the Journal of Interdisciplinary Research, Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management, SAM Advanced Management Journal, and the Academy of Educational Leadership Journal. My research interests include topics in the field of organizational behavior, work-life balance, work-life expectancy, and adult learners. When I am not teaching and mentoring students, I enjoy spending time with my family including my mother, husband, Tony, and our two sons Samuel and Kristopher.

Dissertation Title: "Organizational Commitment in Higher Education: A Multi-
dimensional Perspctive". In the study, I examined the antecedents and consequences
of organizational commitment among faculty at institutions of higher learning. The
findings revealed various factors that lead to job satisfaction, including those
unrelated to compensation.
