November 11, 2008Mississippi College debaters excelled in the Lumberjack Showdown Debate Tournament in Texas.
MC senior Chase Porter of Picayune stayed on top of his game as one of the South's premier debaters. He won the varsity division of the tournament held Nov. 8-9 at Stephen F. Austin State University in Nacogdoches.
