ROOM
RESERVATIONS
All single, full-time undergraduate students under the age of 21 are required to live in a campus residence hall unless they commute from home. To reserve a residence hall room you must complete a housing application and pay a $100 non-refundable housing application fee. The housing application and application fee are submitted to the Office of Enrollment Services. Room assignments are made for those students who have an application on file and have paid the application fee.
KEY DEPOSIT/ACTIVITY FEE ($20.00)
At the beginning of the school year, a KEY DEPOSIT of $10.00 is
required from each student living in a building using key access.
Also, a RESIDENCE HALL ACTIVITY FEE of $10.00 is required from each
resident student. The key deposit is refunded at the end of the
school year IF the key is returned to the RA/RD at check-out time.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Each student needs to carefully check in and out of the residence
hall with the residence hall staff. Specific guidelines must be
followed.
ROOM CHANGES
Occasionally it is necessary that a student change rooms. The Office
of Residence Life has the proper forms available for a change in
room status. There is a $50 fee to change rooms.
RESIDENCE HALL CLOSINGS
All residence halls (as well as food services) are closed and must
be vacated for Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Spring Holidays. For

Calendar.
PRIVATE ROOM REQUESTS
The Office of Residence Life handles all room requests. When Private
rooms are available, the charge is two times the regular room rate.
STORAGE
No storage is available for our students.
