TELEPHONE

Each residence hall comes with local telephone service. Students must provide their own touch-tone telephone (cordless sets are not recommended). Long distance service is the responsibility of students. Pre-paid calling cards are available in the Mississippi College Bookstore.

PHONEMAIL

No need for an answering machine! PhoneMail is provided to each resident. It provides privacy and is a means to get valuable campus information. You can access your phonemail from anywhere on or off campus.

CABLE TV

Cable service is provided in each room. You must provide your own cable cord.

WASHERS & DRYERS

Professional machines are located in or very near each residence hall. The laundry fee covers use of these machines during fall and spring semesters. During summer months, the machines are coin-operated.

GUEST ROOMS

The guest rooms are available at a reasonable cost to parents or other adult family members. Advance booking is required. Call 601.925.3359 to make arrangements.

ICE MACHINES

All the residents have access to ice machines.

NETWORK CONNECTIONS

Two network connections are available in each room in the following residence halls: East and West Towers, Cockcroft-Caldwell, Hitt-McCullough, and Quick Halls. Wireless network connections are available in all other residence halls (wireless network card is required for access).   For more information on setting up your computer for network access please visit the MCnet website.
