Meet the Instructor

Pamela Gene Milling is MC's Aquatic Director and P/T Instructor of Physical Education. With over 25 years of aquatic experience, Mrs. Milling is well versed in all aspects of pool programs. She holds the following certifications through the United States Water Fitness Association, Aquatic Exercise Association and the National Swimming Pool Foundation:

  • Aquatic Director
  • Master Aquatic Instructor 
  • Coordinator of Water Fitness Programs 
  • Pool Operator

A past athlete, an active presenter for Mississippi College, and attendee at National Water Fitness Conventions, Mrs. Milling is also a designer, lecturer, and author of Water Fitness programs, DVD's, and articles. She presents "The Water Fitness Package" to Mississippi College Health Education Workshops and Psychology classes.  She directs Water Fitness Plyometrics to student athletes.  Her study with MC athletes, "Jumping Height Increased through Specific Aquatic Exercises", was posted Aquatic Fitness Research Journal Spring 2004. She is married to Jerry D. Milling, MSG U.S. Army, Ret. She has two sons, Houston and Michael, two grandaughters, Olivia and Briana Gene, and is a member of Morrison Heights Baptist Church in Clinton.
