MC Alumni Gather in Texas


Mississippi College alumni will gather in the Dallas-Fort Worth area to feast on beef quesadillas, grilled fajitas, and tamales plus take time for fellowship.

President Lee Royce, Vice President for Advancement Bill Townsend, Alumni Affairs Director Ross Aven and retired MC administrator Doc Quick will greet MC alums in the Lone Star State March 9-10.

The first dinner meeting is Monday at Pappasito's Cantina at 2704 West Freeway in Fort Worth. The cost is $15 per person. The event begins at 6:30 p.m.

The two-day Texas tour concludes with dinner Tuesday at the Blue Mesa Grill at 7700 W, Northwest Highway in Dallas across from the Northpark Center. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. The charge is $16 per person.

There are more than 300 Mississippi College alumni living in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Family and friends are invited to attend.

In the Magnolia State, MC alumni will convene in Olive Branch Tuesday March 31. The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. at Longview Heights Baptist Church. Alums from Olive Branch, Southaven and elsewhere in the Memphis area are invited.
