At Mississippi College, we understand that adult students have different needs and goals than traditional students. You need a flexible degree program that makes it possible for you to go back to college without sacrificing your work and family responsibilities.
That flexibility is exactly what you’ll find at MC. We offer a variety of accelerated Bachelor’s degree programs designed for people just like you. Each adult degree program offers courses in eight-week sessions that meet two evenings per week, allowing you to earn 30 hours per year toward your degree.
We even offer online courses that allow you to study on your own schedule, anywhere you have an Internet connection. No matter which option you choose, you’ll find the support and guidance you need to earn your education.
The Accelerated Degree Program (ADP) is designed for students who wish to complete a degree at night or online in the areas of business, accounting, finance, marketing, communication or sociology. Students wishing to enter the program must be night or online students and be admissible through regular admissions standards. However, a student is considered transfer student in the ADP program after 12 semester hours have been successfully completed (2.00 average on a 4.00 system is considered successful) at a regionally accredited institution. The format of the program is eight week sessions.
