As a full-time employee of Mississippi College, we wanted to remind you that you have access to FREE professional and confidential services to address personal, family, life, and work-related issues. This service is called an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and it is available through Reliance Standard, our life insurance vendor. The MC health insurance plan covers mental health benefits for employees. If you are on the platinum or gold plan, there is a $50 co-pay for an office visit with an in-network provider (deductible is waived). If you are on the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), the plan pays 70% after you meet your deductible with an in-network provider. For a list of in-network providers, click here:
