The McMillan Center for Education Abroad (MacCenter) is evaluating all study abroad programs on a case-by-case basis.
The deadline for enrolling in fall programs has passed. In addition, many of our partner universities abroad are delaying programs until the Spring 2021 semester. For those students who had previously enrolled for Fall 2020, MC is working with our international partners to facilitate student participation. You will be contacted when those dates are confirmed and when the program has been cleared for participation.
In cases where the government has closed the borders for incoming U.S. students, we are working with our partners to provide online and virtual experiences when possible. If travel restrictions are in place at the time of the program start date, students are encouraged to delay the semester abroad and take classes on the Clinton campus.
Students may apply for a Spring 2021 program until September 18.
The $300 application deposit is refundable until October 9 in cases in which governmental travel restrictions prevent participation.
For details and exceptions, please see the GEC’s deadlines webpage.
The MacCenter is working closely with its international partners to assess program viability for Spring 2021. Key dates will be posted once determined.
