We understand that some students may not want to physically attend classes on campus this fall due to concerns about COVID-19. Please know that MC is taking thorough measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our students. For a detailed summary of the safety measures being taken, click here. However, if you are requesting adjustments to your class delivery format you should complete the Remote Status Request form to request the change.
If your change in class delivery format is based on an ADA disability, you will first complete the form above. In addition to filling out this form, you will need to follow the procedures to register for disability accommodations.
Note that some medical science courses (e.g., biology, chemistry, nursing, etc.) may require in-person testing and/or labs. The university will make every effort to accommodate you. However, it is important to note that due to academic limitations, not all requests for adjustments can be granted.
The deadline to apply for the remote status accommodation is August 14, 2020.
The remote status applies to Fall 2020 only. Your scholarships will be re-evaluated based on your submission.
