Campus Programming Board 2023-2024

The Campus Programming Board will take a new shape for the 2023-2024 academic year as one committee of 25-30 students will plan the unique and fun events for the undergraduate student body. Typical Campus Programming Board Events include concerts, movie nights, larger scale holiday and special events, pop up events and more! The committee will have the opportunity to put their creative ideas into action and plan actual events for students to enjoy.

  • The Campus Programming Board will hold bi-weekly or weekly meetings to plan and implement events.

  • Members of the Campus Programming Board will be required to attend weekly meetings and events hosted by the Board unless the student has an academic class.

  • New members of the Campus Programming Board will be required to attend a retreat on the afternoon and evening of Wednesday, May 3rd after spring exams have ended. Members will be able to leave campus for the semester on Thursday morning, May 4th.  

  • Members of the Campus Programming Board must have a 2.5 GPA and maintain a 2.5 GPA to continue membership on the Campus Programming Board. Members must be full-time undergraduate students.

  • Being a member of the Campus Programming Board is a large responsibilty and all members are expected to uphold the responsibilty of participation, attendance and contributition to the team at the highest level.
