Sexual Misconduct & Relationship Violence Policy
The Sexual Misconduct & Relationship Violence Policy, as defined by this policy, applies to any allegation of sexual misconduct against a member of the Mississippi College campus community, regardless of where the alleged sexual misconduct occurred.
Sexual Harassment, Fraternization & Workplace Harassment Policy
The following is an excerpt from Mississippi College Personnel Policy 3.11, Sexual Harassment, Fraternization & Workplace Harassment:
“Sexual harassment” means unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature when (1) submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of a person’s employment or education; (2) submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for academic or employment decisions affecting said individual; or (3) such conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s academic or work performance or creating an intimidating, hostile or otherwise offensive working or educational environment.
