About Me

I currently serve as a professor in the Department of Communication. My areas of teaching include:

• public speaking,
• listening,
• nonverbal communication,
• intercultural communication,
• argumentation,
• negotiation, and
• persuasion.

I also serve the department and the university in several capacities.

• Advisor for the Alpha Chi chapter of Lambda Pi Eta the communication honor society. 
• Coach the the university Debate team.
• Director of the departments graduate program.
• Member of the Intercollegiate Atheletics Committee
