Welcome to my homepage. You will find my current class schedule listed below.  Please feel free to come by any time during my posted office hours and discuss your career or career opportunities in Exercise Science.  I teach both undergraduate and graduate classes in Exercise Science. Other duties include directing the annual Coach "Hap" Hudson Homecoming 5K Run/Walk and overseeing the Exercise Physiology Lab at Mississippi College.  We offer VO2 max testing on the treadmill or CompuTrainer, MicroFit assessments, Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) tests and Health Risk assessments for faculty, students and community members. About Me

My hometown is Kosciusko, Mississippi.  I currently live in Clinton, Mississippi. I received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Millsaps College, a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mississippi. I hold certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Health Fitness Specialist and Cancer Exercise Trainer/Specialist. I am very passionate about the stong positive link between regular exercise and optimal health. I have two children, Addie (Mississippi College graduate, 2012) and Walker (Mississippi College graduate, 2014) and one grandson, Brooks. Running, riding and reading are my outside activities.
