About Me

My hometown is Kosciusko, Mississippi.  I currently live in Clinton, Mississippi. I received a Bachelors of Business Administration from Millsaps College, a Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mississippi. I am very passionate about the stong link between exercise and optimal health. I am married to Clay McDonough and have two children, Addie and Walker.  My favorite "outside" activity is running.
