We have received many reports of Windows 8 computers frequently disconnecting from the wireless network. This is a commonly reported problem for all Windows 8 customers, not just those that connect to our network. Please check the following 2 settings and update your computer accordingly:
Setting #1
- Look up the mac address (or hardware address) of your device.
- Using a device that's already registered, go to this page to manually register your device: https://www.mc.edu/computerservices/mcnet/device-registration/
