  1. First, start by sending an email to Online Learning to provide the name of  students that received an incomplete. 

  2. Click “Settings” in the Navigation Panel (note: the course you choose should be a course  currently in session) 

  3. Click “Sections” (you may have to scroll up a little) 

  4. In the box under “Add a New Section”, type “Incomplete/PR”, click “+Section” 

  5. Select your added section, click “Edit Section” 
    1. In this section, set your start and end date 
    2. Click “Update Section”, refresh ( refresh icon) your screen to view your update

Add Students to the Incomplete Section

  1. Click “People” in the Navigation Panel 

  2. Locate the name of the student or students, click on the three vertical dots for  more options 

  3. Search for “Incomplete/PR”,  

    1. choose this section,  
    2. click “Update"
  4. Repeat this process until you have added all students to the section

Set Up Assignments

  1. Go to the assignment that you want to make available for those with an  incomplete 

  2. Scroll down to the “Assign” section 

    1. Click “Add”, choose “Incomplete/PR” section 
    2. Set Due, Available from and Until dates 
  3. In the initial assign area, remove “Everyone else” and select the section for those  currently enrolled in the course, and “Save” your changes
