Jessica Dilmore is an Assistant Professor in the Department of History and Political Science. She joined MC's faculty in 2026, after ten years of medical malpractice litigation. Jessica also serves as the Director of Pre-Law and Paralegal Studies on the main campus and Externship Coordinator at MC's School of Law. Jessica is passionate about the law but even more obsessed with her family! She is married to Dustin (a teacher at McLaurin High School) and mother to two of the most amazing girls in the world - Lydia and Carolina - whom Jessica and Dustin welcomed into their family through the miracle of adoption. When Jessica isn't teaching, advising, or running the externship program, you can probably find her cooking new recipes, playing dress up with Lydia, reading to Carolina, or spending time with her family as they bring her the greatest joy in life. Jessica's family lives in Brandon and attends Word of Life Church-Lakeland Campus.
