Professor Morgan Keup joined the MC Law faculty as an Assistant Professor of Legal Communication and Analysis in the fall of 2025. Prior to joining the faculty at MC Law, she served as a member of the legal department at Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Company. She also worked in construction litigation at Jernigan Copeland, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters, including homeowner/contractor disputes and complex construction cases.
Keup graduated magna cum laude from MC Law in 2017, where she was involved in Law Review, Moot Court Board, and Appellate Advocacy teams. She received multiple Best Oral Advocate awards throughout her time on MC Law’s Moot Court Board, and hopes to share her passion for writing and oral advocacy with her students.
