601.925.7378Margaret has been in academic medicine her entire medical career. At UMMC, she was a member of the Department of Medicine, where she was involved in teaching, clinical practice, and research. She later expanded into administrative service, including hospital administration, patient safety, risk management, and medical school admissions. She retired from UMMC after 28 years of service. She was fortunate to join MCPA on a part-time basis in 2014, and she stayed on after retiring from UMMC. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and granddaughter, singing in the church choir and a community chorus, and hobby farming. She is a member of First Baptist Church of Jackson.
