Professor Taylor White is the Director of the Center for Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and as such, she serves as the faculty director for the Moot Court Board. She has taught a number of courses to first- and second-year law students in the Legal Analysis and Communications department, as well as Advanced Legal Analysis and Remedies. Professor White’s research interest is in the evolving legal landscape of artificial intelligence. She has authored a textbook chapter for *Artificial Intelligence and Constitutionalism*, entitled “Seeing is Not Believing: Fake Content, Real Fallout, and Legal Barriers to Stopping Deepfake Proliferation.”
Prior to joining MC Law in 2022, Professor White clerked for the Honorable Kristi H. Johnson, a United States District Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi. She also practiced law at Forman Watkins & Krutz, LLP. Professor White’s private practice involved representing commercial defendants at various stages of litigation in both state and federal jurisdictions.
In her spare time, Professor White enjoys spending time with her three children and her husband Chris, who she met when they were students at MC Law.
