Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Provost
Mississippi College is accepting applications for the position of Dean of the Graduate School and Associate Provost. This position is appointed by the President and reports jointly to the President and Provost/Executive Vice President.
This position is the chief administrator for all graduate programs and has the responsibility of monitoring and recording academic progress of graduate students' academic progress. Reporting to this position are the offices of Continuing Education, Leland Speed Library, Faculty Teaching and Learning Center, Student Counseling and Disability Services, and Global Education.
Qualifications:
- Terminal degree in appropriate academic field
- Academic experience with a clear commitment to teaching excellence and student success
- Leadership qualities and experience that build community, including effective communication, mutual respect, and informed decision making.
- Strong commitment to the mission and vision of Mississippi College
