Clinical Operations and Accreditation Coordinator - PA Studies

You will work directly with program leadership to ensure the seamless execution of clinical education functions, maintain database integrity, and support ARC-PA accreditation alignment. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations & Student Compliance
- Streamline Placements: Provide administrative support for clinical rotation scheduling, site assignments, and placement logistics.
- Documentation Management: Process and maintain clinical site paperwork, including affiliation agreements, renewals, and memoranda of understanding.
- Student Onboarding: Manage student compliance records (immunizations, background checks, drug screens) in platforms like Complio to ensure all requirements are met prior to clinical rotations.
- Preceptor Support: Assist with preceptor onboarding activities and maintain accurate records of credentials and licenses.
Accreditation Support & Data Integrity
- Database Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date information within clinical databases like Typhon, ensuring total data integrity for program reporting.
- ARC-PA Alignment: Collect, organize, and compile documentation for accreditation reports, self-studies, annual reports, and upcoming site visits.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to maintain operational and accreditation data necessary for ongoing program assessment.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience (experience in healthcare, higher education, or accreditation environments is highly preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Typhon, Complio, or similar database management platforms is a major plus.
- Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to handle confidential records with discretion.
- Communication: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with students, faculty, preceptors, and healthcare partners.
