Professionals seeking a career change or additional career advancement can obtain a Loss Prevention certificate from Mississippi College. This course is designed to help students combine a fundamental understanding of criminal justice issues and techniques to help businesses prevent loss.
Upon completion of the 21-hour program, students can be prepared to work in private security or in protecting corporate, industrial or retail assets.
As a Christian university, we incorporate fundamental faith into all of our programs. Many of our criminal justice certificate students are working adults with family and work responsibilities. Our programs are designed to accommodate hectic schedules by offering evening and online criminal justice classes to accommodate busy schedules.
