Customer Satisfaction Survey

Dear Valued Customer: 

As Physical Plant Director, I want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. Thank you for taking a few minutes to inform us about the service you received so far from the Physical.

Administrative Staff

The physical plant office personnel were courteous and helpful.
The Director and Supervisors were readily available to discuss building issues.
The requests for service were handled in a reasonable amount of time.
The new TMA reporting system was user friendly.
The new TMA reporting system provided adequate feedback to me.

Housekeeping Staff (MC and PSC)

The staff members who worked in our building were courteous.
The quality of the work performed by the staff members was satisfactory.
