Letters Requested by SACM

During your enrollment at Mississippi College, your SACM Advisor may request specific letters to verify your status, approve your financial guarantee, or confirm that you are meeting SACM’s requirements.

These letters may need to come from: 

  1. The registrar's office

  2. The International Institute

  3. Your MC academic advisor

To ensure we provide the correct letter, please follow these steps carefully:

How to Request a SACM Letter

  1. Download and complete the required SACM Letter Request Form.

  2. Attach a printed copy of the email from your SACM Advisor that outlines the specific letter request. Requests will not be processed without this email.

  3. Submit the completed form and attached email to the appropriate office (Registrar, International Institute, or your advisor).

Important Note:
If SACM is requesting confirmation of your online/hybrid course load, all courses enrolled for the term—regardless of format—will be included in the letter. Exceptions to this process will not be granted.

This process helps ensure we meet SACM’s exact requirements. If there is any uncertainty, always refer to the instructions provided by your SACM Advisor and use this form to help prevent delays.​​​​​​​
