Career-level administrators earn 30 SEMI credits; Career-level license seekers earn 3 OSLs.

The Principals’ Institute is developed using large and small group settings for learning. Large group settings will include national speakers who present relevant information pertaining to the conference’s mission. Small group settings will consist of “Home Groups” and “Role-Alike Groups” that will provide an intimate, risk-taking, personal opportunity for participants to reflect, internalize, and share how the information gained from the large group learning setting will impact future professional and individual goals.

The Principals’ Institute aims to provide you with strategies that drive higher performance and innovation while empowering you to be intentional, effective, genuine leaders. Instruction will focus on relationships, student achievement, classroom management, mentoring, networking, and coaching. You will engage in activities that will connect personal and professional goals to best practices and effective strategies. Efficacy is the ultimate goal to be achieved as each participant reflects on practical practices and values.
