Rise to 200 will fund projects that encourage MC students and faculty to serve others.

Institute for Christian Leadership
MC’s new Institute for Christian Leadership is transforming lives through opportunities to serve, mature in Christ, and develop Christian relationships. The Institute is housed in historic Provine Chapel, the center of physical worship and the oldest structure on campus. Moving forward, faith-based student organizations, the Center for Faith, Service, and Ethics, and the Ivan Parke Fellows program will all fall under the Institute for Christian Leadership. The Institute’s reach touches every academic program and every aspect of student life.

Office of Student Success
MC’s Office of Student Success empowers students to reach their full academic potential through personalized support, proactive guidance, and holistic programming. The office provides academic advising, peer tutoring, skill-building workshops, and student success coaching, helping students stay on track from freshman year through graduation.

Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program
MC’s Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program (MC METP) is a scholarship-based initiative designed to recruit and prepare high-achieving students to become classroom teachers in MS, with a commitment to serve in the state for at least five years after graduation.
