The University calculates what percentage of first-time, full-time, bachelor's degree-seeking first-year students return for the fall of their second year. The retention rate, a Key Performance Indicator, for Fall 2024 is 78%.
Goal: Of each fall cohort of first-time, full-time, bachelor's degree-seeking first-year students 80% will return in the fall of their second year.
