Ministry Teams
We have several different opportunities for you to experience the Christian community of the BSU and these opportunities are all coordinated and led by our student leadership team. They are the hub of ministry within the BSU. If you have any questions about the ministry of the BSU you can connect with us through e-mail or visit our BSU House at 203 Monroe St. where we can share with you the different ways to connect and serve.
God has built each of us with a different gifting and passion for ministry. We want you to operate out of your giftedness and serve in a way that brings glory to God and points others to Christ. Below is a listing of the different areas of ministry in the BSU. Several students serve together under each area on our Lead Team.
- Campus Connection - Coordinates large outreach events to connect with students across campus to help them get involved in BSU & in a local church.
- Vision - Our weekly BSU worship service on Mondays where one will help with setting up, prep, & clean up.
- Community Missions - Helps lead and organize service opportunities each week.
- Missions - Encourages & promotes BSU summer mission opportunities, missionaries, & fundraising events.
- International Ministry - Sole focus is to love, connect, and live life with international students here at MC.
- Discipleship Groups - Help students get connected to student leaders to disciple them while also meeting up to students to help them get involved in both BSU & a local church.
- Communications - Oversees BSU social media and digital ministry to help spread the word to current students of MC, but also to let others know of how the Lord is working within MC BSU.
