Current school transcripts which display a GPA of 3.6 or above.
Letter of acceptance from a college educational program the applicant plans on attending in the fall semester, or proof of current enrollment in a United States-based two- or four-year college or university.
Letter of reference from a current or former teacher or employer. The letter must include the writer’s full name, address, phone number, and email address, and be typed.
500- to 1,000-word essay meeting the criteria based on the scholarship the student is applying for. The essay must be typed and have the applicant’s full contact information displayed on each page, including full name, address, phone number, email address, and intended or current major.
