Submit forms here to declare or change your major, add or modify a minor, request a double major, or update your academic catalog year. All requests are processed by the Registrar’s Office after institutional approvals.
- Catalog Change Request - you may be eligible for a more recent catalog year than your admission year
- Double Major Request - to earn two majors within the same degree
- Major Change Request - make any adjustment to your major
- Minor Change Request - make any adjustment to your minor
