FERPA and PRivacy
Students with questions regarding their rights under FERPA can contact the Office of the Registrar.
To apply for certificate completion:
- Download and complete the application.
- Have your academic advisor review and sign the form.
- Your advisor will submit it to the Office of the Registrar for processing.
Certificate awards will appear on your official MC transcript. Physical copies are available from the department where the certificate was completed.
