An I-20 will not be issued to a prospective student if the original application documents and seat deposit have not been submitted. 

Undergraduate admission requirements for international students:

  1. Complete an Undergraduate Admission Application by the application deadline.
  2. Meet the English Proficiency Requirements for Undergraduate students.
  3. Submit an International Financial Verification Form.
    Current bank statement(s) from parent or sponsor indicating the ability to finance one full year of study at Mississippi Christian University are required. Contact the International Institute to determine the current amount required.
  4. Provide Transcripts.
    Transcripts of all secondary educational institutions with certified English translations, are required. At the discretion of Mississippi Christian University, a student may be required, at his or her expense, to provide a course-by-course evaluation from a trusted evaluation service selected by Mississippi Christian University.
  5. Provide Medical History.
    - Submit proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations. This is typically best done before you leave your home country for better access to your personal medical records.
    - Complete a QuantiFERON TB screening upon arrival to the United States. This screening must be from the U.S.
    Both of these requirements must be completed before attending in-person classes.
  6. Submit Aptitude Test scores (ACT, SAT or CLT).
    If you have taken the ACT, SAT, or CLT, you may be eligible for a scholarship. Official scores must be submitted directly to MC from the testing agency. See the MC Scholarship page for scholarship amounts. 

Graduate admission requirements for international students:

  1. Complete an Graduate Admission Application by the application deadline.
  2. Meet the English Proficiency Requirements for Graduate students.  
  3. Submit an International Financial Verification Form.
    Current bank statement(s) from parents or sponsor indicating the ability to finance one full year of study at Mississippi Christian University. Contact the International Institute to determine the current amount required.
  4. Provide Transcripts
    Transcripts must show your graduation date. At the discretion of Mississippi Christian University, a student may be required, at personal expense, to provide a course-by-course evaluation from an evaluation service that is credentialed through the Association of International Credential Evaluators, Inc. (AICE) or the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES).
  5. Submit Medical Records
    - Submit proof of MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) vaccinations. This is typically best done before you leave your home country for better access to your personal medical records.
    - Complete a QuantiFERON TB Screening upon arrival to the USA. This screening must be from the U.S.
