English Proficiency Requirements for Admission

International students whose first language is not English are required to submit an English language proficiency exam result for full admission to study. Students wishing to pursue an undergraduate or graduate degree must obtain a minimum score according to the language test chosen. Please note, we do not consider any conversion between Tests, we accept the score provided, as is. Students who fail to meet the minimum required score for full academics may apply to our Intensive English Program. IEP Admissions

Interested applicants should note the following:  

  • All tuition and fees are expected to be paid at the time of registration. Installment payment may be available through the Business Office.

  • International students are required to purchase health insurance through the university for each year enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies. Active MC international students residing in the United States during summer break months (June, July) will purchase health insurance from the university.
  • An international student who holds an F-1 student visa is required to carry a FULL course load of study in the fall and spring semesters. A full-time Undergraduate course load is twelve (12) credit hours and a Graduate course load is nine (9) credit hours in most majors per semester.
