Lee & Rhoda Royce Servant Leadership Minor

Prepare to integrate your faith as a leader in your chosen vocation, campus environment, and global community through the Lee & Rhoda Royce Servant Leadership Minor. Built around application and service-learning, this minor helps you put leadership principles into practice.

Students from any discipline can earn a minor in Servant Leadership by completing three required 3-hour courses and at least nine additional hours of Servant Leadership electives.

Why Servant Leadership?

Through a Christian lens, you'll explore the concept of leadership while preparing to lead in your chosen career path, personal ministry, and relationships. If you have the opportunity to pair a minor with your academic major, you're eligible to earn the Servant Leadership Minor. The courses apply to a wide variety of academic majors and vocations.
