Maintenance Requests

Submit a request for building maintenance online or submit a wireless network troubleshooting report

Emergency Maintenance

For emergency maintenance problems, contact the RA on call. Emergency maintenance problems include:

  • Gas leaks
  • Toilets rapidly overflowing
  • Major electricity outages
  • Extreme heat or cold in your room/building (Especially if you are seeking other places to sleep for the night)

Air Conditioning & Heating

Please submit all other air conditioning and heating issues as a normal maintenance request, examples include fan not turning on or minor air and heating issues.

Lost Keys

Residence Halls with hard keys (Whitt, UP, CP, Chrestman, Lat-Webb, Hederman, Gunter, and New Mens) please report your lost key through the form below. There is a $50 charge for all lost hard keys.

Residence halls with card keys (East and West Tower) please submit your lost key in the form below. Make sure to indicate if you lost the A or B key. You can verify that information by looking at your roommates card key to see what if they have an A or B key. There is a $10 charge for all lost dorm room card keys.

All key charges (card or hard key) will be placed on your student account and can be paid by visiting the Business Office in Nelson Hall.

WiFi/Internet Issues

Washers and Dryers

On each machine is a QR code. The fastest and most efficient way to submit a request for the washers/dryers in your building is to scan the QR code and report the issue by following the instructions given when you scan the QR code. If you have an iPhone open your camera to take a picture and it will prompt you to follow the QR code link. You can also download an app to scan QR codes.
